- Certified and on the record. SLED-certified for electronic monitoring, the requirement under South Carolina's 2023 bond reform.
- Fitted at release. Our office is across the street from the Al Cannon Detention Center, so a monitoring condition does not hold up your release.
- Reporting handled. Violations go to the solicitor within 48 hours (SC Code 38-53-84) and victim contact within 24 hours (SC Code 38-53-55).
- You hear about problems first. Tell us whether you want a call, a text or an email when something happens with your client.

Monitoring fees: Robinson bills the monthly monitoring fee (GPS from $220 a month). Under SC Code 38-53-84, a client who does not pay the full monthly fee gives the bondsman cause to ask to be relieved of the bond, so you will know early if payments slip.
